Distinctive Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Software Engineer with experience in VMS technology to lead our software engineering and development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building and leading technology teams within the VMS industry. In this role you will take on a strong leadership role, managing and mentoring the team, while being a strategic senior leader in our software development initiatives.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide strategic oversight in our software engineering and development initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Build a strong target list with the ability to flip targets into billing accounts

JOB DUTIES:

• Handle customer orders courteously and efficiently. Be sure to obtain detailed assignment information from customers utilizing Distinctive Personnel Work Order Form.
• Apply active listening skills and ask job related questions to ensure the best recruitment and placement of qualified temporary employee(s) for customer’s open orders.
• Ensure the timely handling of all orders received and verify that all call backs and other standards are being always met.
• Provide high level of customer service when interacting with customers, i.e., when taking work order assignments, QC checks, placing/assigning temporary associates, skill marketing candidates, resolving customer issues etc.
• Interview and test applicants using the Performance Systems to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
• Responsible for customer lead generation from all sources available i.e., applicants, current temporary associates, customers etc.
• Actively recruit temporary associates to maintain a consistent flow of candidates. Seek new methods of recruiting temporary associates and continue to utilize current recruiting sources that have been effective.

Program Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Program Coordinator you will be part of a dynamic & rapidly growing organization. You will be assigned
to a specific Managed Service Provider client or multiple clients and supporting the staff in other roles that
might be needed. You will be involved in all aspects of the end-to-end contingent labor process for client
users, utilizing our own Vendor Management System (VMS).
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for
customer service. The position will require urgency, autonomy, the ability to prioritize multiple urgent
demands, flexibility in work schedule and location, and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

JOB DUTIES:

The main function of a Program Coordinator is to be the initially response on all basic level support for
customer technology. The position is highly transactional and responsible for the organization of data within
the VMS technology. Daily tasks will vary and may include any of the following:

• Directly responsible for customer satisfaction through all incoming communication channels.
• Responsible for ensuring client and supplier support is being provided in a timely and professional
manner.
• Escalating and ensuring response completion on all communications that cannot be directly solved
at the program coordination (tier 1) or Program management (tier 2) level.
• Utilizing our internal VMS application on daily basis to support all transactional demands from
clients, suppliers, and internal program management. Facilitate and coordinate the process
through:
o Respond to urgent customer requests for support on all orders including assisting in
opening, reviewing, and closing of orders.
o Supporting VMS Managers through the onboarding process
o Supporting suppliers through the candidate submittal process
o Creating and ending assignment records in the VMS technology
o Adding new users accounts and maintaining unused accounts
o Training new supplier and client users in the VMS
o Provide Program Manager with support on client/supplier priority demands.
• Provide in-person, onsite support to facility temporary worker ordering, onboarding, supplier and
client training, and general customer service.
• Reviewing daily timekeeping and assisting in the payroll processing.
o Assisting in the maintenance of employee’s daily punches
o Processing unprocessed punches
o Maintaining user records in the timekeeping system
o Running reporting and providing it where needed.
o Coordinating with clients to get their weekly approval of time
o Downloading and processing payroll into VMS systems
o Auditing to ensure accuracy
• Assist DWS project and implementation teams with projects for new and existing customers.
• Assisting with staffing agency compliance with client and DWS program contract and process
requirements.
• Assisting with financial and headcount reporting for DWS managers and client users
• Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Spanish speaking highly preferred
• Some exposure to, or work inside a warehouse, light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics
environment preferred
