Brianna Strobel started her journey with Distinctive Workforce Solutions (DWS) as an independent contractor, completing various technology related projects for the company. After forming a strong relationship with the team and falling in love with the vision and passion of DWS, she was thrilled to join the company as Director of Digital Marketing in 2019. Her work requires a deep understanding of the values of each team member and of the company as a whole. As Director of Digital Marketing her primary objective is to connect the valuable service that DWS provides in a relevant way to our clients.
Brianna was raised in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona, Arizona, where she developed a strong belief that education and communication are the keys to making a real difference. In pursuit of this belief, she is eager to utilize her digital marketing position to connect and inform. She has learned that independence, hard work, and love open up the world and make anything possible.
Since her first job at age 13, she has worked hard to improve herself and her position in the forward motion of the world. Opportunity led her to Florida where she attended Palm Beach Atlantic University and graduated with honors with a degree in Computer Science and Dance. After graduation she started a consulting business which eventually led her to a relationship with DWS. She still loves to dance, regularly performing salsa around the state of Florida. Her other hobbies include traveling abroad, playing ping pong, free diving, and caring for her plants.
Since Lyndsey came on board with Distinctive Workforce Solutions (DWS) in August 2019, she has proven her masterful accounting skills. Coming from a diverse employment background, she has always loved numbers. Lyndsey began her professional experience as a teenager in Atlanta, Georgia where her job requirements included processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, preparing bank reconciliations, and generating reports for Executives. These reports included Financial Statements, Revenue analysis, Expense analysis, and detailed job profitability reports. Before joining DWS, Lyndsey advanced professionally to Director of Accounting for an Aircraft Manufacturing and Sales Company. She became experienced with coordinating the fulfillment of Government Contracts, reporting project status to the Executive Management and Board of Directors, and providing crucial information for a highly regulated manufacturing and sales corporation where she managed numerous audits over several years. Lyndsey feels that if ever she had the perfect employer it is Distinctive Workforce Solutions.
Lyndsey holds a BS Degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University and plans to work toward becoming a CPA. She has two AA Degrees from Chattahoochee Technical College in Marietta, GA: one in Accounting and another in Marketing Management. She is also certified in General Accounting, Payroll Tax and Income Tax. Along with experience in software like Quantum, QuickBooks, Sage and Peachtree, her proficiency in advanced Excel is extremely valuable.
Lyndsey performs her work with passion and accuracy. She also carries that passion over to her favorite sports teams like The Atlanta Braves and The Georgia Bulldogs. Just ask her any statistical questions about the Braves. In addition to sports, she loves gardening and the arts.
William Ware, Senior Director, Project Management Delivery Team is an accomplished Supply Chain Manager with over 20 years of experience. A bond was formed, and he came on board with DWS in early September 2019.
William was raised in Michigan on a farm where hard work and respect for your neighbour was instilled at an early age. He works to continue what he was taught in both life and his career, especially setting an example for his three young sons.

Jesus was born in Mexico and raised in New Brunswick, NJ. Since childhood, Jesus's philosophy has always been to work hard and treat people with respect. Like many truly successful people, Jesus started from the ground up and feels a stronger sense of purpose and accomplishment because of this. He has over 20 years of experience working in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, IT, and since joining DWS, also staffing and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). As a problem solver, he is very passionate about his job.
His hobbies include attending live soccer games, mixing music, building gaming computers, watching action movies and comedy, and of course, going to the gym six days a week. He feels that his colleagues at DWS fit his core values—respect and hard work—so is thankful to work for what he considers to be "an amazing company."
Ben Madsen grew up in a small Idaho community where honest work and a trustworthy reputation were considered the hallmarks of a meaningful life. He learned the value of work early on, starting with a paper route at age eleven. He sought work opportunities wherever he could, never shying away from tough or dirty jobs.
As a leader of others today, Ben still believes that rolling up your sleeves, and ‘getting your hands dirty’ is the best way to really understand problems, and ultimately offer the best solutions. Whatever the job, Ben demonstrates the same skills and attitude that make him a valued colleague and consultant today.
During college, Ben spent several years working, studying, and volunteering abroad, learning Russian and German in the process. However, what he really gained from his time abroad was an empathy for others and a respect for differences. Today, he speaks ‘client’ and is fluent in creative problem solving.
After graduating from law school, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue opportunities in business. He started his career helping manage a large national account for one of the largest staffing agencies in the United States. He was eventually recruited by his client to come in house to help manage a contingent labor program for an international bank. Later, he was privileged to join Distinctive Workforce Solutions at a time when DWS was being recognized as a leader in managing complex, high volume temporary labor programs.
Ben leads the DWS projects and teams that deliver the incredible and innovative solutions DWS clients have come to know as the ‘Distinctive’ way. Ben and his wife Sunshine are raising their three young sons in Los Angeles, CA.
