PRO Unlimited, a provider of VMS and MSP products for contingent workforce management, named Kevin Akeroyd as CEO in an announcement today. Former CEO Andy Schultz is stepping down after leading the company for nearly three decades.
Akeroyd has served as CEO for the past four years at Cision, a Chicago-based public relations software company and press release distribution service. Akeroyd’s posts before Cision included as general manager at both Oracle and Salesforce. He has also held executive positions in the past at Jigsaw, Acxiom and RR Donnelley.
“There aren’t many companies that offer end-to-end management solutions for the contingent workforce — PRO does, and this makes it an exciting leader in one of the biggest growth opportunities across the entire technology landscape,” Akeroyd said.
